Business Development Manager

We're seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Fineline Global. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the field of ATE boards. This role requires a strong understanding of PCB technology and a proven track record of establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships in the semiconductor industry.
Your Profile- Hold a university degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Have several years of professional experience in technical purchasing or sales, ideally in the semiconductor industry.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of PCB technology and ATE boards.
- Exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate an independent and goal-oriented way of working.
- Be flexible and willing to travel regularly throughout Europe.
- Speak fluently in English.

- Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new business opportunities, establish and maintain customer relationships, and develop sales strategies to open up new markets and target customers in Europe.
- Key Qualifications: University degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification, several years of professional experience in technical purchasing or sales, sound knowledge of PCB technology and ATE boards, strong communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in English.
