We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to join our team at ABN AMRO. As a key member of our Risk Management department, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks that could impact our business.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate risk assessments across the organization and develop strategies to enhance risk control measures.
- Provide expert opinions and recommendations to management on non-financial risk management issues.
- Prepare and present detailed risk reports, including trend analyses and risk opinions on key risk and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive a culture of security awareness and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging threats and trends in non-financial risk types to proactively advise the company's security posture.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A post-HBO or post-master's degree in risk management or a related field.
- Professional risk management certifications, such as PRM, CRMP, CRISC, CIA, or CRMA.
- Knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks and relevant regulations.
- At least 5 years of experience in non-financial risk management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven ability to assess control effectiveness, analyze complex issues, develop actionable plans, and drive results.
- Experience in enhancing risk awareness and providing training in the risk management domain.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and departments.
- Fluency in both English and Dutch, spoken and written.
As an Operational Risk Manager at ABN AMRO, you can expect:
- A competitive gross monthly salary, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
