Mirror Controls international (MCi), a Flex company, is the global market leader in mirror glass and power-folding actuators. Currently, MCi is expanding its product portfolio to other Automotive actuation solutions such as Active Aerodynamics & Motor cooling management.
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Product Requirements Specialist to join our team in Woerden, Netherlands. As a Product Requirements Specialist, you will be responsible for administering system mechanical, hardware, and software requirements of all stakeholders related to precision mechanical actuators suitable for mass production.
Key Responsibilities- Administer product- and customer specifications in the MCi processes and tools;
- Assist Product, Electronic, and Software Engineers in gathering and administering applicable system, mechanical, hardware, and software requirements from customers of end products;
- Maintain the database in the requirement management tool(s);
- Ensure processes in the requirement management tool are followed;
- Prepare connections between customer and other stakeholder requirements to product and component specifications;
- Assist the Validation Engineer in defining connections with validation activities. Analyze, develop, and maintain Requirement Management tool(s)/processes.
- A completed engineering degree (Fine Mechanics, Industrial, Mechatronic, Electronic, or Software Design) and experience as a Technical Writer with knowledge of mass production techniques;
- Knowledge of and experience with Automotive standards and the Automotive quality system is preferred;
- Basic knowledge of electronics and embedded software would be an advantage;
- Experience with Requirement Management System like Polarion, Doors, etc.;
- Innovative and analytical thinking, a communicative & persistent Team player;
- English in word and writing, additional foreign languages are an advantage.
