Compliance Manager within Sustainability

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at De Jong Verpakking BV. As a Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization conducts its business processes in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure adherence to industry rules, regulations, and best practices;
- Responsible for quality standards, certifications such as ISO, and introducing a quality management system within the Business Unit;
- Conduct regular internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance procedures are followed;
- Identify and assess risks and provide guidance on risk mitigation strategies;
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry trends;
- Take ownership of maintaining ISO audit certifications;
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors for successful audits;
- Recommend and implement improvements to compliance controls and processes;
- Managing customer complaint handling on divisional level to prioritize on key account level and strategical orientation;
- Stay updated on audit standards and incorporate them into the compliance framework;
- Effectively communicate compliance requirements and organizational policies to employees;
- Provide training and guidance on compliance matters to the locations;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement compliance programs effectively.

Requirements- Proven experience in Quality management;
- Familiarity with ISO/similar audit certification processes;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
- Excellent communication skills towards internal and external stakeholders.
