Job Overview

The Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting Datasite Sales Directors in driving business growth in the Benelux region.

Candidates will undergo a comprehensive onboarding and training program, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to achieve revenue growth and exceed budget targets
  • Participate in structured learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Gain hands-on experience with the Datasite suite of services
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to client events and develop a deep understanding of the sales process
  • Focus on retention and growth of a portfolio of small accounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with internal and external customers
  • Maintain accurate records of call activity and report sales leads and customer profiles in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with Datasite policies, procedures, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) required
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a sales-related role
  • Action-oriented and results-driven individual with excellent time management skills
  • Solid decision-making, presentation, and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve results
  • Desire to grow and develop as a future sales executive
