About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our Benelux team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling their inquiries, and providing solutions to their technical problems. You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues, and collaborate with other support team members to ensure seamless customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their technical inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support.
  • Collaborate with other support team members to ensure seamless customer support, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve our overall support process.
  • Stay up-to-date with our product offerings and technical developments, ensuring that you have a deep understanding of our solutions and can provide expert advice to our clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your technical skills and knowledge, staying ahead of the curve in terms of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken Dutch language skills (C2 level), with a good command of English.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in IT or e-commerce support.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Availability to work at least 4 days a week (32 hours).
