Job Description:
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Review and maintain client know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) documentation.
- Provide ongoing compliance support to the business, including training and guidance.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports and submissions.
- Collaborate with the risk and compliance team to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Requirements:
- National qualification in law or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
