Sales Development Representative New Business



We zijn op zoek naar een Sales Development Representative New Business die onze klantenservice kan verbeteren door een effectieve strategie op te zetten voor het ontwikkelen van nieuwe zaken en het behouden van bestaande relaties.



Verantwoordelijkheden:




  • Bereid de informatie en documentatie over klanten en prospects voor, om de betrouwbaarheid van de gegevens en de correcte rapportage van de informatie te garanderen.
  • Identificeer en bevestig de omvang van het potentieel van prospects aan de hand van deze gegevens
  • Bijdragen aan de bedrijfsstrategie, gebaseerd op de analyse van het marktpotentieel en de concurrentie in hun gebied: de pijplijn definiëren, een directe link leggen en effectieve commerciële actie ondernemen in de portefeuille van bestaande accounts en prospects
  • Telefonisch persoonlijke afspraken maken
  • Offertes uitbrengen die zijn aangepast aan de behoeften van prospects
  • Offertes voorbereiden en presenteren aan bestaande en toekomstige klanten en onderhandelen over de voorwaarden van de verschillende overeenkomsten
  • Onderhandelen over prijzen als onderdeel van een globale aanpak
  • Deals sluiten door aan te dringen op een groter engagement via contracten en het tevredenheidsniveau beoordelen
  • Helpen bij het implementeren van het account
  • Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van een effectieve werkrelatie met andere afdelingen om de beste klantenservice en maximale bijdrage aan het bedrijf te garanderen.
  • Actieplannen plannen en uitvoeren om de afgesproken maandelijkse en wekelijkse doelstellingen te halen


Kwalificaties:




  • Idealiter een diploma in commercie en/of aantoonbare ervaring in het ontwikkelen van nieuwe B2B
  • Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in het ontwikkelen van new business in een B2B-bedrijf
  • Goede beheersing van Microsoft Office en gedegen kennis van CRM, BI-tools voor de analyse van bedrijfsinformatie en data
  • Talen: Nederlands en Engels
