About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EU Productivity Finance Manager to join our team at Danone. As a key member of our operations finance team, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and improving efficiency across the EU region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive productivity and cost savings
  • Lead and coordinate financial reporting, analysis, and consolidation for the EU region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide financial expertise and guidance to finance controllers and project managers
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a complex, multinational context
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
