We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Controller EU to join our team at Danone. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning and analysis of our manufacturing plants in Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Process Definition: You will support the setup of the financial reporting structure for First Diet as part of the EU zone, ensuring accurate and timely financial data.
- Forecasting and Monthly Performance: You will coordinate the forecasting process within the First Diet Factories, challenge and build financial results, and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: You will prepare financial reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Category Performance Animation: You will work closely with the Zone Leadership team to develop an integrated view of the financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Procedure Definition: You will evaluate existing internal reporting processes and procedures to recommend improvements, ensuring compliance and risk management.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Economics, Business Engineering, Finance, or equivalent through experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a financial department, with a focus on business/commercial/operations/FP&A controlling.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
