About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Program Manager to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. as an Organizational Change Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of processes, tools, and new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan to drive business transformation and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements and implement new tools and technologies.
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure a smooth transition to new ways of working.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to stakeholders to ensure a successful transition.
Requirements
  • MSc in Business Administration or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in change management, program management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading change projects.
  • Proven experience as a coach or leader.
  • Experience with Lean and Agile principles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
