About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Payments & Fraud Prevention team at G2A.COM. As a Payment Risk Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with transactions processed on our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and collaborate with the team responsible for transaction processing and safety, motivating the team and taking care of its development.
  • Prepare and analyze efficiency metrics for forecasts and create strategies for further optimization of the platform and the internal anti-fraud solution.
  • Monitor available online sources to discover data that may affect the security of our platform and processed transactions.
  • Follow regulations of card networks and PSPs in the fraud, chargeback, and payment processing areas.
  • Collaborate with technology teams and oversee entrusted implementations.
  • Recommend methods necessary for reducing risk and implement them.
  • Prepare regular risk reports for our stakeholders.
