About the Role

The Regional Crop Lead Northern Europe will play a crucial role in defining opportunities in key regional and global crops based on gathered information from the countries and use this input for strategy development. This involves creating new product development, new business opportunities or improvement proposals, and building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to assure commitment for strategy and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data collection and presentation: Collect data and insights from the countries and customers, and develop proposals for research new product, or new business development.
  • Vision Development: Develop insight on challenges and priorities in the region, based on a consultative process with key country representatives and customers, resulting in strategic plans.
  • Strategy Implementation: Assure priorities set in demo trials together with the local market development manager and general managers, and translate vision and insights into concrete business cases and priority of those business cases for the region.

Requirements:

  • Ability to develop vision and translate this into realistic implementation plans.
  • Collaborator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and organize independently and effectively with minimal supervision while meeting performance metrics.
  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software.
  • Strong project management skills.
