Job Title: Global Assortment Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Assortment Specialist to join our Innovations Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the global assortment distribution, building a strong brand equity portfolio, and driving growth in all channels and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global assortment strategy to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage the global assortment distribution process, ensuring efficient and effective product flow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring that all assortment decisions align with the company's brand strategy and values.
  • Manage new product development requests from regions and commercial teams, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Provide strategic updates and insights to commercial and regional teams, ensuring alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Optimize processes and tooling to ensure efficient data management and data flow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in assortment/category management, preferably in an FMCG organization with an international scope.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
