Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Ingka Investments. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will provide high-quality input and secure a relevant strategy and roadmap for the area based on user needs, latest technologies, and best practices.
Main Responsibilities- Perform planning, analysis, requirements definition, functional/technical design, testing, and implementation of relevant technology/platform.
- Develop understanding and knowledge of existing financial solutions, processes, and tools within IKEA's technology-process-delivery ecosystem and weigh various options to make design and develop holistic solutions.
- Create, maintain, and promote the digital roadmap for your area based on organizational strategy.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms that can be used to implement the proposed solutions, considering factors such as cost, scalability, security, and compatibility with existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to solution development.
- Engage and work closely with stakeholders, including SMEs, Solution and technical architects, project managers, and end-users, to gather and understand the requirements and challenges.
This role will report to the INGKA Investments Digital Technology Manager. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with a global team, drive business and personal growth, and contribute to making Ingka Group a unique, responsible, and trusted investor.
