ICT Business Applications Specialist

About the Role:

Xindao is seeking a highly skilled ICT Business Applications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our ICT Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our commercial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues with our applications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and document new requirements.
  • Develop and implement practical solutions aligned with the application's design.
  • Document changes and communicate with external teams.
  • Propose ideas for system improvements and coordinate testing.
  • Lead project teams and provide training to end-users.

Main Tasks:

  • Investigate requirements and document changes.
  • Craft and update user-friendly manuals.
  • Test system changes before implementation.
  • Implement new processes, systems, and procedures.
  • Provide training to end-users.

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise in commercial applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
  • Bonus if you can speak Dutch.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a ICT Business Applications Specialist.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce is a plus.
