About the Role

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Support Manager to join our team in Bergen op Zoom. As a Business Support Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operations and client support to enable our clients to perform at their highest effectiveness.
  • Serve as the point of contact for our in-house based client, Customer Service, and Operations regarding systems and processes.
  • Lead and manage the planning and stock control department on site.
  • Report and control department KPIs, analyze them, identify root causes for variances, and close gaps.
  • Integrate business solutions for customer accounts together with your CI colleague.
  • Make day-to-day and operational decisions, together with our Site Manager and Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or university degree in a relevant area (logistics/production) with accompanying high-level operational and analytical skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a production and/or logistics environment.
  • Fluency in English and preferably Dutch, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work, a great eye for detail, and a professional critical attitude.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and proactive.
  • Good reporting, presentation, and financial skills.
