Zayo is seeking a highly skilled Bid and Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our proposal development team, you will be responsible for analyzing customer and prospect RFI/RFP documents and proposing answers on compliance matrices, outlines, and templates that adhere to solicitation requirements and align with Zayo's corporate governance.

You will work closely with our European Go-To-Market organization to ensure company goals and strategies are understood and embedded in RFI/RFP responses. Your expertise in proposal development, compliance, and risk assessment will be essential in preparing high-quality, compliant proposals that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and breakdown RFI/RFP requirements to ensure accurate and compliant responses
  • Develop and maintain compliance matrices, outlines, and templates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposal development meets customer requirements
  • Conduct quality control checks and review written sections to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage bid response material and maintain accurate records of each proposal
  • Answer customer compliance questionnaires and contribute to onboard Zayo as a vendor for our customers
  • Develop a compliance library and manage document renewals to keep them up-to-date
  • Participate in Zayo's structured win/loss review process to ensure continual improvement in success and increased win rates over time

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and French with strong written skills; German is a plus
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft Office expertise, including Word, Visio, and Google Suite
  • Strong knowledge and experience with writing, editing, printing, binding, and page layout
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible, proactive, self-motivated
  • Able to work in a high-stress environment, manage multiple projects with short deadlines
  • Knowledge of data telecommunications services is a strong asset
  • Relevant Education and/or Work Experience
  • BA or BS
  • 1-2 years' minimum experience in bids and proposals, or technical sales of telecommunications/IT field
  • Legal or compliance knowledge is a plus
