Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and flexible Front Office Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Your tasks will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest inquiries
  • Managing reservations and check-ins
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Performing light cleaning tasks to maintain the reception area

You will work closely with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the hostel. If you are a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
