As Digital Growth Director for European Markets, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to build brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across our Optimum Nutrition online channels.


This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with experience in commercial and digital functions, who has a proven track record of success across various geographies and business disciplines. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to develop and execute innovative strategies that drive business results. They will be comfortable presenting and influencing at all levels of an organization, and will have a results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.


In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams, including E-commerce, Brand.com, and In-Market Teams, to drive the Online Commercial, Content, and Community agenda. You will also be responsible for building and managing a diverse and high-performing team of 6 people, creating a strong performance culture fueled by creativity, innovative, and entrepreneurial thinking.


Key responsibilities will include contributing to and supporting the execution of GPN's DTC strategy for Optimum Nutrition Europe, evolving and accelerating the DTC strategy to build the ON brand, delivering against Commercial & Digital KPIs, and bringing thought leadership to the business on all areas of Digital.


As a key member of the E-commerce leadership team, you will provide clear strategic direction and partnership to the Merchandising, Trade & CRM team, and collaborate with internal and external agencies and partners to support tech and platform initiatives.
