About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team at STAFIDE. As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will play a critical role in protecting our organization's infrastructure and data from emerging threats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and Manage Security Solutions
    • Design, implement, and manage advanced security solutions, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems.
    • Configure and manage network security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and virtual private networks (VPNs).
  • Monitor and Respond to Security Incidents
    • Monitor security event logs and incident reports to identify potential security threats.
    • Respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner, working closely with cross-functional teams to contain and remediate threats.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with IT, development, and operations teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the organization.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize security requirements and implement solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Emerging Threats
    • Stay current with emerging threats and vulnerabilities, and implement proactive measures to mitigate those risks.
    • Participate in regular security training and awareness programs to stay up-to-date with the latest security best practices.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise
    • Extensive experience with DLP, EDR, SIEM, and network security tools, including Microsoft Purview, Forcepoint, Carbon Black, Microsoft Defender Suite, CrowdStrike, Splunk, and MS Sentinel.
    • Proficiency in configuring and managing Palo Alto and CISCO network security solutions, including advanced security features.
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Education and Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field.
    • Relevant cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE), are preferred.
