The Team
As a Helpdesk Support Engineer, you will join the IT Services Team within the IT Functions and Foundations stream. This role places you in a close-knit group of 3 first-line helpdesk engineers, collaborating with a broader team that includes 1st & 2nd line process managers and system engineers. Together, you will be responsible for maintaining the digital workspace for all employees, with guidance from your IT Chapter Lead, who will support your professional development and oversee daily operations.

At Knab, we are structured around Value Streams, which include multiple Scrum teams, operational departments, and a support team. Our two primary Value Streams focus on Customer Propositions: Daily Use and Financial Freedom, alongside a supporting stream for IT Functions and Foundations. This organizational structure enhances our focus and accelerates our delivery capabilities.

  • Experience in troubleshooting incidents on Windows and Mac systems
  • ITIL Certification
