As a Senior Mechatronics System Designer at MCA Engineering Nederland, you'll be responsible for capturing and decomposing customer requirements and designing systems that meet functional specifications within budget and timing constraints.

You'll lead the system design team, contribute to the technical roadmap, and collaborate closely with colleagues from all disciplines to define decomposed functions and modules.

Your mission will be to document and maintain specifications, perform trade-off studies, set direction for realization and validation, and review designs to ensure system performance and improvements.

You'll also act as a technical coach for designers during projects.

The ideal candidate should have a Technical University Master degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience in hi-tech, precision machinery, semiconductor, machine building, contamination control, or vacuum fields.

Key skills include defining concepts, interfaces, and applying mechatronic design rules, as well as being accurate, flexible, motivated, and a team player.

You should be proficient in English, familiar with MATLAB/Simulink, and have good communication skills.

With your entrepreneurial spirit, you'll help build a sustainable team and access various development opportunities, including potential positions as a Team Manager or openings in our European subsidiaries.
