Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Passenger Service Representative. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our passengers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring that their experience is consistently of the highest standard.
- Support the Passenger Services Manager in ensuring that all processes and activities are completed in accordance with CAA and DfT regulations, as well as company procedures.
- Ensure that all passenger check-in and baggage handling processes are completed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to achieve set goals and objectives, including SLA and KPI targets.
- Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery.
- Ensure that all equipment and facilities are maintained to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and report any incidents or accidents, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
- Complete all administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that relevant information is shared with colleagues and management as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Basic knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driving license.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
