Drive Customer Engagement at PVH

PVH is a global leader in the fashion industry, and we're seeking a skilled CRM Manager Acquisition & Activation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our CRM & Membership team, you'll play a crucial role in building and nurturing strong customer relationships by enhancing personalized member experiences.

The Role

As a CRM Manager Acquisition & Activation Lead, you'll be responsible for spearheading our efforts in acquiring, engaging, converting, and retaining CRM members. You'll collaborate closely with key partners in EU markets to execute membership marketing strategies, analyze CRM member behavior to extract actionable insights, and craft marketing plans to attract new members while delivering exclusive value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans to drive new member acquisition, member engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to brief communications and activations, ensuring key initiatives are in place and running to drive consumer acquisition and identification.
  • Monitor campaign performance, disseminate key learnings, and continually enhance our membership offerings and activations.
  • Work closely with the omnichannel and local retail teams to ensure key initiatives are in place and running to drive consumer acquisition and identification.
  • Recap and learn from project results, sharing key insights and best practices across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience working in a high-paced, international setting, preferably with a global premium fashion or retail brand.
  • Strategic, analytical, creative, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to pitch new ideas to functional partners.
  • Deep understanding of CRM and consumer segments, with experience in measuring consumer engagement and improving core KPIs.
  • Experience in marketing activations, including global/local content creation, exclusive/local events, and product offers that drive member engagement and purchases.
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
