User Experience Designer

Come join our expanding UX team as one of the leading UX / Product Designers, where you'll be leading efforts on our webshop, search engine, design system, ecom app, data heavy account portal or one of our many other digital products at Kramp.
You'll work with mixed discipline and agile product teams on these products, supported by a whole range of specialists like ux researchers, data analists, CX experts, marketeers and of course all our specialists in the business itself.
When you join the Kramp UX team, you'll be joining a diverse team of 6 designers and researchers, dedicated to build high-quality products for our users, with our users.
This will be your job as a UX Designer:
· You are responsible of designing controlled improvement of our digital products in such a way our users and customers are happier everyday
· Together with business and product owners, researchers, analysts, developers and copywriters you'll create new concepts and features that add value
· Use primary data sources to research digital product/service performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
· You'll manage stakeholders throughout the proces, albeit discovery workshops, device strategy sessions, design critiques, concept presentations, and all you've got
· You love designing products yourself but are also keen mentoring other designers in the team.
This job fits you well, because you bring:
· Completed bachelor's or master's degree
· At least 6 years of experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing companies within the expertise of UX / Product design.
· Knowledge and experience with the latest design toolings and processen like Figma, Design System governance, design sprints, etc.
· Have an iterative mindset and you can prove your case with data and customer behaviour.
· Working in agile (product) teams with a continuous focus on customer value and results.
· We are looking for someone who can take ownership, has a good feeling for design and a sharp eye for details.
