Your Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Specialist (70% of your role):

Handle customer inquiries and issues via email or live chat (no phone support).
Provide accurate and comprehensive information using appropriate tools and methods.
Meet customer service goals and ensure satisfaction.
Make decisions in line with established policies and guidelines.
Report policy violations and fraudulent activity using internal tools.

Requirements:
Native Dutch speaker with intermediate English (B2 level).
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word) is a plus.
No prior experience required we value your enthusiasm and dedication to improving the digital world
Strong attention to detail with the ability to make swift, accurate decisions.
A positive, adaptable attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.
