To support our Customer Success Account Team, we are looking for a Dutch-speaking Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be the key link between RiseSmart and our clients, ensuring strong relationships, high-quality service, and business growth. This role offers a great stepping stone into account management, customer success, and sales within a multinational HR solutions provider. You'll gain valuable experience in client management, HR solutions, and commercial strategy, opening doors for future career growth.

Your Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Follow up on contracts and agreements related to outplacement, career coaching, workshops, training, and reintegration.
Advise clients on our services, issue proposals, and handle commercial inquiries.
Proactively engage with inactive clients, sending targeted mailings and identifying new sales opportunities.
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and progress reports using internal tools.
Generate reports for clients and government agencies, ensuring compliance with agreements.
Who Are We Looking For?
Fluent in Dutch & English (B2 level minimum).
Strong communicator—able to inform, persuade, and support clients effectively.
Independent and structured—able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
Empathetic and proactive—customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to maintain perspective under pressure.
Tech-savvy, with good knowledge of Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
Location: Netherlands (Remote/Hybrid)
Contract: Permanent (Full-time)
