SoloProtect B.V. is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our European team in Roermond, The Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer support to our European client base. What You'll Do:

  • Engage with customers across Europe, providing exceptional support in Dutch, German, and English
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, troubleshooting customer issues, and ensuring a seamless experience
  • Handle parcels, letters, and administrative tasks to support customer service operations
  • Work closely with key account contacts to optimise service utilisation
  • Conduct customer onboarding, training, and renewals to drive product engagement
  • Resolve customer complaints and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support recruitment, training, and internal process enhancements
  • Collaborate with sales, inventory, finance, and product teams to improve customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent in Dutch, German, and English (written & verbal)
  • Highly organised with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A strong communicator with excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work from our Roermond office 5 days a week
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems (preferred)
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a high-pressure environment
