Position & Requirements
Robeco is seeking to recruit an Associate to its Global Consultant Relations team, to support its efforts with these important intermediaries who are based around the world. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and dynamic and capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues across the organization. The candidate should have good analytical skills, a keen eye for detail as well as demonstrate a sense of urgency and pride in their work.
This is a multi-faceted role that would suit someone early in their asset management career who is still looking to learn whilst being a part of a close-knit yet truely global team.

Key Responsibilities
Market research and analyticsMarket mapping of investment consultants and their clientsCompilation of market intelligence and news flowCompetitor research and analysis Support and meeting preparation for Consultant Relations DirectorsAssistance with client product inquiries and requestsDeveloping bespoke communication initiatives and campaignsClient meeting pack preparation, collaborating with other Robeco departmentsSubmission and Approval of Marketing Materials: Newsletters, Factsheets, Portfolio Manager Updates and strategy presentations.Co-ordinate Internal and External calls and meetings with clients, Consultant Relations Managers and Robeco investment professionals.Product specific marketing & performance updatesDevelopment and monitoring of strategic account plans Data ManagementProvision of market and commercial insight to Consultant Relations DirectorsClient CRM ownership and managementUtilisation of third party databases to be to benefit focus and productivityCreate and Develop Management Reporting (AUM, Revenue and activity) for the team to help drive business effectiveness RFP and ODD OversightProject Managing RFP's and DD Questionaries Team AmbassadorAs a Global Team it is vital that we maintain strong ties and fluid communications, building productive internal relationships will be a key part of the role.The Candidate Ideal Experience
Ability to work in a team-oriented sales environment in which sharing information and collaboration is essential for success. A highly motivated, positive, collegial attitude and high level of professionalism. Strong attention to detail, organization, time management and problem solving.Educational Requirements:
1-3 years relevent industry experience preferably within an asset manager Demonstrable interest in financial markets and investment Bachelors or Master's degree IMC qualification preferred Additional investment qualifications (CFA, CAIA) are viewed favourably with the potential for educational support to complete these.All applications will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
