Wat ga je doen?
Als General Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen van jouw locatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt en dat zowel gasten als medewerkers tevreden zijn. Dit houdt in dat je onder andere de volgende taken hebt:
Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het team om gezamenlijk de hoogste kwaliteit en service te leveren.
Zorgen voor een optimale personeelsbezetting.
Bewaken van de omzet en kosten, en bijdragen aan het behalen van de financiële doelstellingen.
Zorgdragen voor een perfecte uitvoering van evenementen en reserveringen.
Toezien op naleving van hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
Actief bijdragen aan marketing- en promotieactiviteiten om de zichtbaarheid en aantrekkelijkheid van de locatie te vergroten.
Wat vragen we van jou?
Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen de horeca.
Je bent 38 uur per week beschikbaar.
Je hebt een sterke focus op gastvrijheid en service.
Je bent een echte teamspeler met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
Je bent stressbestendig en kan goed omgaan met druk.
Je hebt een flexibele instelling en bereidheid om ook in de avonden en weekenden te werken.
Wat krijg je ervoor terug?
Een aantrekkelijk marktconform salaris volgens CAO horeca schaal 10, excl 8% vakantiegeld en 25 vakantiedagen.
Een contract voor een jaar met uitzicht op een contract voor onbepaalde tijd.
Verzorgd personeelseten, een trainingsprogramma, jaarlijkse uitjes en een pensioenregeling.
Flexibele werktijden met voldoende ruimte voor een goede werk-privébalans.
