Role Overview:
As our Salesforce Specialist, you'll be the glue that keeps our CRM strategy aligned with our business needs, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and success. From mentoring colleagues to crafting actionable data insights, you'll play a crucial role in making Salesforce a driver of growth for Smartvatten.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, including team members like Sophia, Ray, Juha, and Jussi, to ensure we stay ahead of industry trends while reducing reliance on external consultants.

- Assess and enhance our current CRM setup for streamlined, efficient processes.
