What you'll be doing
Your primary focus will be on community building within the Climate Tech industry, fostering an international community of talent, Climate Tech scale-up customers, and their founders. As a vital member of our Sales & Marketing and Operations team, we highly value proactivity, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a diverse and international environment. Responsibilities [including but not limited to]:
Organising frequent events to expand our online and offline AI and Climate Tech community. Strengthening our relation with Dutch and German universities and customers Creating compelling marketing content that aligns with our identity. Planning and executing external events in the Netherlands and Germany Serving as a brand ambassador both internally as externally Cultivating our internal culture community spanning Berlin, Utrecht and potential third hub. Coordinating internal events (such as monthly celebrations, workshops), activities (new lunch concepts, extracurricular activities) and programs (international employee engagement program, hub exchanges).Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in organising B2B events You understand our consultancy field of expertise Track record in online and offline community building Fluency in both Dutch and English with eligibility to work in the NetherlandsPreferred Qualifications:
You have a network in Climate Tech and/or AI Engineering departments of Universities You have a strong interest in the field of AI & Machine Learning and of course Climate Tech You are an excellent content designer and feel comfortable writing about tech topicsBenefits
