- Develop and optimize intelligent local campaigns and exciting content to trigger our customers' purchase behavior and develop customer lifetime value
- Optimize our global customer base segmentation better to serve customers in the market(s) you are responsible for
- Analyze data to enhance your understanding of our customers and deliver insights that drive personalized experiences.
- Design, execute, and evaluate new CRM campaigns, constantly measure campaign performance, rigorously A/B test, and optimize our communications across channels.
- Review, evaluate, and suggest changes to existing global programs to provide insights about the countries you oversee to ensure you remain locally relevant at a global scale.
- Be a CRM industry expert, advocating for best practices within the CRM, and always keep an eye on innovative opportunities. Manage global and local stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and end-to-end ownership of your campaigns.
- Always keep a sharp eye on your customers and on your market(s)
What will you bring to the table?
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- A solid understanding of data and segmentation methodologies plus A/B testing experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve current processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Organized, with great attention to detail, and a self-starter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Operational excellence - ensure all campaigns are sent efficiently and accurately.
- A fun, smart, and open-minded person who enjoys working in an international multi-cultural environment.
- Fluent in English (our company language) and German.
