Requirements Minimum Requirements:
  • Good learning capability to learn the Dutch language.
  • A willingness and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a service desk environment
  • Good technical knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • ·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks.

Advantageous Requirements:
  • Experience with IT service management tools, such as JIRA or ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with scripting languages, such as PowerShell

Where will you work?

  • They would be placed as Expats to Netherlands to start with and rotated between SA and abroad as we grow, passport is mandatory.
  • In a team of about 100 colleagues.
  • Our office is in Utrecht, Netherlands.
  • You will work with our client, including IT teams, business units, and senior leadership.
  • Occasional travel may be required for client and Corporate Office in Amsterdam, Zuid for training, conferences, or meetings.
