**Customer Service & Sales Agent at Enterprise Car Sharing & Rental**

**What will you be doing?**

We are looking a **FULL TIME Customer Service & Sales Agents. ** For this role there is no fixed location You will get to be part of our amazing team in **Eindhoven Airport**

Provide friendly and efficient customer service at time of rental and return; handle and resolve questions, comments and complaints according to our company guidelines
**Facilitate the rental process: verify all driver information, link the booking to a car within the booked category, help the customer with any additional requests, create the rental contract**

- Have a valid driver’s license for the Netherlands

- Available on weekends and willing to work flexible shifts

- English is a must - bonus if you can speak more than 1 language
