**About the job**
You are based in our European Headquarters in Amsterdam and are responsible for managing the corporate tax affairs of ICL in Europe, with a particular focus on transfer pricing. You report directly to the Tax and Insurance Director Europe and work closely with business representatives, the finance function, regional tax functions in Europe, and the global tax function at ICL Headquarters.
- Your main responsibilities will be:_
- Oversee and control the transfer pricing policy, ensuring the setup and availability of TP documentation, intercompany agreements, and performing transfer pricing calculations and adjustments. Preparation of documentation for tax return and other compliance requirements (local file, DAC 6 etc) and for SOX controls in the area of transfer pricing.
- Manage tax reporting processes for the group, ensuring compliance and accuracy and assist with managing tax controversies and disputes.
- Audit Collaboration with auditors to ensure compliance and address any issues. Develop and implement projects aimed at improving tax processes and efficiency.
- Participate in internal and external tax discussions, representing the company's interests. Develop and provide direction on tax policies and processes to promote a strong control and governance environment within the tax function.

**About you**
You have a background in Tax Law, Tax Economics or Accounting and you bring 5 to 8 years of practical hands-on experience in a multinational set up. You feel confident in engaging with variety of internal and external stakeholders and you know your way with systems, reporting and data management.

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality of analysis. Proficiency in SAP.
- Experience in writing local files.
- Fluent in English (any other language is an advantage)
