**About the role**
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainability at Redcare Pharmacy. As the **Director of Sustainable Development (M/F/d)**, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals while driving strategic initiatives that impact our entire organization. Your role goes beyond operational management — you’ll have a platform to influence senior leadership, steer cross-departmental projects, and develop processes that position Redcare Pharmacy as a sustainability leader in the e-pharmacy sector.
**Job Description** About your tasks**
- ** Shape our sustainability strategy**: Lead the development of our overarching sustainability strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and upcoming regulatory requirements (e.g., CSRD).
- ** Lead the materiality analysis**: Oversee and enhance our double materiality assessment by integrating stakeholder perspectives and driving data-driven risk evaluations.
- ** Steer compliance and reporting**: Take ownership of sustainability disclosures in our annual report and coordinate audit processes with internal and external stakeholders.
- ** Drive governance and performance tracking**: Develop and present dashboards that provide insights on progress toward sustainability goals, linking them to key business metrics.
- ** Inspire change and innovation**: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving new processes, supporting change initiatives, and identifying opportunities for sustainable development.

**Qualifications** About you**
- ** Proven experience in sustainability leadership**: You have successfully managed teams, projects, and cross-departmental initiatives in sustainability, ideally within corporate or consulting environments.
- ** Strategic thinker with compliance know-how**: You have a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks like CSRD and a proactive approach to aligning them with business goals.
- ** Data-driven and outcome-oriented**: You excel at transforming complex data into clear, impactful insights that inform decision-making at all levels of an organization.
- ** Inspiring leader and changemaker**: Your leadership style empowers others, and you are passionate about driving meaningful change in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- You speak fluent English, German knowledge skills are a plus.
