**TOZI Amsterdam**TOZI Restaurant & Bar in Victoria, London**. Serving cicchetti (small sharing plates), alongside an all-Italian wine list. **TOZI **bar offers Italian bubbles, classic Italian cocktails and Venetian aperitivi.**

The restaurant is a lively place to come and share great value Italian food with friends and family.

**We are looking for a Head Chef**:

- Who is fanatical about standards and genuinely cares about the quality of the food and products. You keep up with an innovative and continuously developing market
- Who can inspire, coach and mentor the kitchen brigade & stewarding team
- Who knows how to constantly exceed our guests’ expectations by creatively compositing the menu
- Who builds excellent relationships with Kitchen and Service team members to keep everything running smoothly
- That shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment and Care
- With previous experience as a Head Chef, with a passion for the Italian culinary culture and with exhaustive product knowledge

**About the role**:

- As Head Chef you will create an overall vision and (long term) plan for the restaurant; you design innovative restaurant menus’ to keep our guests’ returning.
- You will ensure that our dishes are consistently on the highest quality level; you will lead by example while doing service and mise and place with the kitchen team.
- You keep the balance between the best service and a commercial mind set; you will take ownership in kitchen budgets and finances (payroll, food costs, stock levels)
- You will ensure that we constantly achieve the food safety and hygiene objectives (HACCP)
