Would you like to be involved in the international projects of a large corporate and would you like to gain more experience in the world of HR? Are you looking for an internship that is educational, varied and challenging? Then come and join us

**What you are going to do**

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and assist in various HR initiatives and projects. As HR International Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with international and diverse teams, gain hands-on experience in various facets of HR, and contribute to the implementation of different HR initiatives. If you have strong organizational and communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and a desire to grow and develop professionally, we want you in our team What will you do?
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various international HR initiatives and projects.
- Prepare project documentation, track progress, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and provide project updates.
- Support the development and implementation of DE&I initiatives and programs.
- Support in the implementation of talent management initiative across International.

**Who you are**
- You are a bachelor's or master’s university student in the direction of Communication, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a similar background
- You are available for 36 hours per week for (at least) 6 months, with possibility of extension
- Strong organizational, multitasking skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and fluent in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism

**Who you will work with**

You will be part of HR International team, reporting directly to Sezen Saracoglu, HCD International. You will closely working with:

- Diverse teams within NN International
- Partner with key business stakeholders in Insurance International
