introA great opportunity to experience working on large scale HR initiatives, in an International en-vironment, along a team of passionate and driven HR colleagues Your work will have a direct impact on the successful implementation of our HR projects in International.

Wat ga je doen?
- Support with implementation of the International upskilling and reskilling initiatives (eg solutions design, communication materials, translations, etc)
- Support and coordinate with NN Group HR & Business Units HR responsible implementa-tion of agreed initiatives
- Contribute to the design and implementation of communication & activations plans and assets for the various projects we run

Wat je meebrengt

You are curious and have a big appetite for learning and self-development. You are able to or-ganize yourself, have a strong sense of urgency and the ability to handle multiple priorities. You have a drive to achieve results and do that through others, by being a great verbal and written communication and by building internal networks.

As well, good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Power Point, Excel) and some experience with Program Management will help you be successful in the role.
