About you and this role

We are looking for an Inside Work Activity Coordinator for our location in Terneuzen, The Netherlands

The Inside Work Activity Coordinator ensures work activities are carried out safely in an effective and efficient way. You will manage the productivity of the team that performs the task.

This role requires broadened technical skills to perform a defined array of activities. May act as an informal resource for team members with less experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reviews job packages and prepares to do the task.
- Assists in allocation of resources for resource leveraging.
- Initiates the work permit procedure.
- Reports the progress of the daily work to enable adjustments to the work schedule when needed. Reviews work status with service providers and originators and adjusts schedule as required.
- Reassigns person scheduled to perform work to the next job, in the event the equipment is not prepared for maintenance on originally assigned job.
- Confirms that all scheduled job sequences, work and paperwork for the job have all been completed. Closes work order.
- Returns equipment to operations.
- For Priority Work, serves as a planner and follows the planner responsibilities.
- Coaches' crafts persons when completed procedures/checklists/equipment repair forms are not filled out correctly.
- Conducts field audits to assure procedures are being used according to the local Maintenance Procedure Use Policy.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a technical MBO 4 degree plus maintenance, manufacturing or other related working experience.
- Fluency in the Dutch and English language.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Inside Work Activity Coördinator voor onze locatie in Terneuzen

De Inside Work Activity Coördinator zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, effectief en efficiënt worden uitgevoerd. Je stuurt de productiviteit aan van het team dat de taak uitvoert.

Deze rol vereist brede technische vaardigheden om een gedefinieerd scala aan activiteiten uit te voeren. Je kan fungeren als informele hulpbron voor teamleden met minder ervaring.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Je bekijkt takenpakketten en bereidt je voor op het uitvoeren van de taak.
- Assisteert bij de toewijzing van middelen voor het inzetten hiervan.
- Initieert de werkvergunningsprocedure.
- Rapporteert de voortgang van het dagelijkse werk om, indien nodig, aanpassingen aan het werkschema mogelijk te maken. Evalueert de status van het werk met dienstverleners en opdrachtgevers en past indien nodig de planning aan.
- Wijst de persoon die het werk moet uitvoeren over naar de volgende taak als de apparatuur niet klaar is voor onderhoud op de oorspronkelijk toegewezen taak.
- Bevestigt dat alle geplande werkvolgordes, werkzaamheden en papierwerk voor de taak zijn voltooid. Je sluit de werkopdracht.
- Geeft de apparatuur terug aan Operations.
- Je fungeert als planner voor werk met prioriteit en volgt de verantwoordelijkheden van de planner.
- Coacht vaklieden wanneer ingevulde procedures/checklists/apparatuurreparatieformulieren niet correct zijn ingevuld.
- Voert veldcontroles uit om er zeker van te zijn dat de procedures worden gebruikt volgens het plaatselijke beleid voor het gebruik van onderhoudsprocedures.

Kwalificaties
- Minimaal een technische MBO 4 opleiding plus onderhouds-, productie
- of andere gerelateerde werkervaring.
- Vloeiend in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
