**About ASML**

ASML is an innovation leader in the semiconductor industry and provide chipmakers with everything they need - hardware, software and services - to mass produce patterns on silicon through lithography.

The Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Organization is responsible for the transfer of knowledge and qualification of the ASML infrastructure, installation and buildings at our sites. We are looking for an expertise manager to support our local CRE organization in the Netherlands.

**Your new role**

As Manager Environmental compliancy and sustainability you are responsible to support the CRE organization in the Netherlands to maintain and extend our license to operate in a responsible way for the environment.
- Drive compliance program (EHS and ESG laws and regulations) and maintain Compliancy register;
- Initiate and drive environmental and sustainability (ESG) improvement projects;
- Manage ESG/sustainability reporting process;
- Act as focal point towards local authorities;
- Collecting, analyzing and reporting environmental data;
- Advice to other ASML (EHS) departments.

**Your profile**

Environment and compliance are your passion and with your skills, especially leadership and communication skills, you know how to get things done.
- You have a bachelor degree in Environmental or Legal studies;
- You have knowledge of European / Dutch regulations, ESG, CSRD, BREEAM;
- You have good analytical problem-solving skills;
- You are a strong communicator, open, honest and respectful in your communication with others.

**Context of the position**

Reports to: CRE QEHS NL Manager
Manages: CRE QEHS compliance & ESG specialist team
Interfaces: CRE management, CRE QEHS colleagues, ASML EHS colleagues, local authorities

**Other information**

Willing to travel if required as part of the knowledge sharing with CRE colleagues globally.
