**We are offering a 12 month FTC - you will be based onsite at our client site in Amsterdam.**

The Junior Designer will support with creating multimedia design across all media including: print, online (digital and social), OOH, video and collateral campaigns and initiatives. The role is based on-site with the clients so you need to feel comfortable interacting directly with the client. You will have a great eye for design, come from a print or digital background, be fluent in Adobe Creative suite and have outstanding communication and organisation skills. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all work adheres to client guidelines, meets the brand requirements, timelines and deadlines.

**Responsibilities**
- Receive briefs from Hogarth account/project managers interrogating them for completeness and consulting with our internal teams for intended usage to ensure final deliverables and deadlines are clearly defined.
- Manage multiple jobs and projects at any one time, across all disciplines, at different stages and with different requirements
- Demonstrate and champion a clear understanding of the Dyson brand, delivering a consistently high quality of work
- Expand on a variety of creative asset formats, such as print, digital, social and moving image, and follow through to producing artwork which adheres to guidelines and specs for various media
- Localise master artworks from our client into multiple market languages
- With support of Designer professionally present concepts as in-situ mock-ups to the Dyson Centre of Excellence for approval
- Working with Lead Designer and Project/Account Management team to manage and monitor timelines and deadlines, set realistic client expectations and proactively chase and interrogate delays.
- Manage work using relevant Hogarth technologies and adhere to agreed processes, ensuring that best practice is applied at all times

**Reporting lines and key stakeholders**

This role reports to the Senior Account Director. You will work closely with the wider Global account management team and onsite designers

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in design/creative teams within the industry
- Proven experience in multimedia design
- Strong conceptual, design and typography skills
- Possess advanced Mac and program skills, including key Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro)
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- A 'can do' attitude and calmness under pressure.
