**Junior Designer**
- 32-40 hours, starting ASAP._

While consumers are paying too much for low-quality coffee, farmers are earning below what they need to sustain their livelihoods.

That's why we are all about selling the best coffee - not just in taste, but also in fair pay for the farmers we work with. Our beans are traceable to the farm and poured by us in your cup or freshly delivered at home through your mailbox. We are a no-nonsense, ambitious start-up with a profound mission: impacting the world with exciting coffee.

We are building the new coffee brand of the 21st century with a team of like-minded innovators and investors from all over the world.

**Your role**

You’ll be working within the creative team to bring ideas to life, making sure everything we put out is high quality and on-brand. Whether it’s an internal presentation or assets for a big campaign, you’ll make sure it looks great and does what it needs to do.

**Job requirements**
- Responsibilities :_
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to Wakuli’s brand guidelines, delivering a cohesive and polished appearance across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Collaboration: Partner with teams across marketing, product development, and retail to create visuals that engage audiences to support company goals.
- Project Management: Handle multiple design projects at once, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality output.
- Feedback Integration: Incorporate input from senior designers and stakeholders to refine and enhance design work effectively.
- What you'll bring:_
- At least 1 year of experience in a design role, preferably within an agency or a fast-growing brand.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your work and creativity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and/or Sketch.
- Experience with motion design is a plus.
- Affinity with social media and/or photo or videography is a plus
- Fluency in English (Dutch is a strong advantage).
- Availability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week.
