**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Your main duties and responsibilities include:_
- Designing independently or as part of a team, depending on each project
- Working hard to get your concepts developed for inclusion in each presentation
- Inputting strongly to each design critique and ensuring your voice is heard
- Presenting your designs with conviction
- Seeing jobs through from concept to print, with senior support
- Challenging and 'biting the heels' of the middleweight designers
- Acting as a challenger on each project, with new directions and inspiring ideas
- Helping to create mood-boards, audits and presentation stimulus when required
- Creating outstanding presentation documents when required
- Occasionally scanning, mounting, producing mock-ups and simply helping deliver a showstopping presentation
