We are looking for a **Junior Client Success Manager** to join our client's team and help transform the future of global trade and logistics.

**Location**: EMEA (remote)

**Responsibilities**:
**Be a trusted advisor**: Develop strong relationships with international clients, guiding them toward success with cutting-edge solutions.
- **Drive the process**: Lead sales initiatives, from solution demonstrations to implementation, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- **Work with agility**: Leverage agile methodologies to drive efficiency and exceed client expectations.
- **Bridge the gap**: Translate complex business needs into technical requirements for the development team.
- **Solve problems like a pro**: Analyze challenges, identify solutions, and help clients maximize the value of our software.

**Requirements**:
**Technical expertise**: A degree in engineering or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in business or systems consulting.
- **Business acumen**: Experience in business analytics and a deep understanding of business processes.
- **Global perspective**: Fluency in English, international project management experience, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- **Passion and drive**: An entrepreneurial spirit, a proactive attitude, and a results-oriented mindset.

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
- Familiarity with the global trade, transportation, and logistics sector.
