Service Management Product Owner

Location:Hybrid Hours:32-40To help Macaw shape its digital services and products, we’re looking for aProduct Owner – Services & Portfolio Management with a strong blend of experience in technology projects and client-facing/commercial environments.You’ll be the first to join our Portfolio Management team, part of the CTO Office, and take the lead in developing service offerings that meet market demands and align with our company vision. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Service Lines, and Delivery, you’ll ensure our services are not only compelling but also executable. From ideation to execution, you’ll be the driving force behind standardized offerings that deliver real value to our clientMacaw, your guide in the Era of AI. Service Creation:Identify market needs and translate them into new service concepts that reflect Macaw’s strategic vision. Content Development:Create impactful one-pagers, slide decks, and marketing materials that empower our sales and marketing teams. Portfolio Management:Continuously improve existing offerings and internal KPIs to ensure relevance and performance. Stakeholder Alignment:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure offerings are deliverable, scalable, and aligned across departments. Go-to-Market Enablement:Support the launch of services with clear documentation, training materials, and internal communication.What do you bring? Proven experience as a Project Manager/ Product Owner/Business Consultant, or a comparable position in tech. Background and knowledge of generative AI. Technical understanding beyond no-code tools: experience in custom coding, understanding of software architecture, and ability to assess how the technical solution is build at the code level. Strong understanding of service design, product lifecycle, and go-to-market strategies. Effective communication skills and stakeholder management. Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable deliverables. Commercial mindset and a passion for innovation.
