Together with the Senior Manager Premium Events & Experiences for our Benelux markets, you will be a crucial part of the development, management and execution of American Express' Premium cardmembers Events and Experiences strategy. This team is responsible for our most exclusive Events and Experiences in the BENELUX for our top tier cardmember base.

The primary goals of the Events and Experiences Team are to deliver exclusive, stylish and above all unforgettable experiences for our Centurion cardmembers to strengthen the American Express value proposition and increase our Centurion cardmembers' engagement and loyalty. You will be responsible for the executional and compliance management of the relationships with the selected vendors, venues and partners and will be responsible for a first-class execution of these events.

How will you make an impact in this role?

• Responsible for identification, onboarding and development of the Premium Events & Experiences strategy and calendar.
• Excellent and full cycle end-to-end management of events & experiences in the Benelux, with incredible taste for high end, premium lifestyle.
• Manage and further develop relationships with partners and venues with the objective to grow the experiential value for customers.
• You will partner up with various international teams to create and deliver the experiences roadmap with the best-in-class premium value that make the difference for top tier cardmembers.
• Make sure the iconic American Express brand is represented on events.
• Provide ideas for new and emerging cardmember engagement opportunities and customer experience enhancements.
• Create and leverage best practice with geographies..

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in the Events & Entertainment Sector.
• Bachelor's or master's degree.
• Ambitious, creative, enthusiastic, hands-on and with incredible taste.
• Financial acumen in budgeting, invoicing and payment processing.
• An eye for detail and a premium on compliance responsibilities.
• Excellent written & oral communication and presentation skills in English in addition to fluent Dutch. French as a third language would be ideal.
• Fact based and data driven attitude and a mindset for continuous improvement.
• Able to negotiate, execute and maintain (strategic) Marketing and Event partnerships.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across different Line of Businesses and stakeholders
• Flexible and able to adapt easily to changes
• Builds trust and healthy dialogue through listening, openness and candor.
• Emotional intelligence and the ability to take and receive constructive feedback.
