Job description

Join us as a Logistics Coordinator and take charge of the full shipment process that keeps our business moving. You will oversee the entire shipment process and bring your ideas and initiatives to drive real improvements and boost efficiency.

Tasks

  • Coordinate and oversee Sea Freight shipments from booking to delivery;
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports;
  • Handle customer orders;
  • Ensure smooth communication with carriers, customers, and internal teams;
  • Manage month-end closing activities;
  • Perform administrative tasks.

Competences

  • Proven experience in performing administrative tasks;
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Good communication skills.
